Returns Information

Any brand new unused product with original tags and packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

You can find our return adress on your package.

After the product arrives back to our warehouse, we will inform you by e-mail and refund your order. Note, that it can take up to 7 days till your money will arrive to your bank account or Paypal account.

Please note, that customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Warranty

If there is any problem with product you have bought from us, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. You can contact us here – office@limitcrusher.com. 

LimitCRUSHER has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer.  If there is some problem with our product and it’s our fault, we will replace your product for free or refund your money. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your product through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage and damage made by normal wear. If there is any problem with your product, that is our fault, at first please contact us at office@limitcrusher.com. Then, you will send your product back to our warehouse. Please note, that customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will inform you by e-mail when the product arrives to our warehouse and we will immediately send you a new product or refund your money. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your invoice.
